Marketing Lease Acquisition Glasgow City Centre

Acting for a Scottish based marketing business, we were asked to identify and secure a new office lease within Glasgow city centre. After undertaking a full search of the market, we identified and viewed several options, asked for rents and lease terms from landlords.

We narrowed the short listed options to 3 and negotiated terms, finally ending up with a preferred option, where terms were agreed.

We managed to reduce the rent initially quoted and increase the rent free incentive. The total savings negotiated from the landlord’s initial rental proposal equated to £550,000 over a 10 year period.
