Acting for Fiera Real Estate, Peter successfully negotiated settlement of the last rent review of this 90,000 sq ft foodstore, the first major Scottish foodstore rent review for 8 years to have been agreed amicably and with a significant increase in rent to almost £1.7m pa. He continues to advise Fiera on this asset.
