MAPC was first opened for business by Mark Allan on 1st September 2014 to provide high quality, professional property advice and services on office and industrial buildings throughout the UK, specialising in acquisition, rent review, lease re-gearing/renewal/surrender and dispute resolution. Mark's determination to achieve the best results for office and industrial occupiers continues unabated, evidenced by his extensive and loyal client following.

ABOUT PETER 

Peter is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He also serves as a member of The Law Society of Scotland's Professional Conduct Committee. 

After 28 years as a Partner and Head of Professional Services in Scotland at Cushman & Wakefield (10 of which working with Mark - from 2004 to 2014); several years of running his own firm Balnave Advisory; and, having then decided to focus solely on his long-established supermarket rent review/lease advisory activities, two years in the Supermarket team at Montagu Evans before re-joining Mark at MAPC in 2025. 

Representing only landlords/investors, Peter's arrival has brought an entirely new dimension to the business.
